TH - Duplicate Race Creation Update

requirements for new races
Previously, a race had to have more than 12
entries to be duplicated. Races are now duplicated if they have more than 10
entries or if they have more than 8 entries three days out.

Notification
All owners of horses in a race that is duplicated now
receive an e-mail notifying them of the duplicated race with a link to the new
race card, original entry form, and the horse info page of the relevant
horse.
4 - Duplicate of Duplicates
Duplicated races can now be
duplicated if they meet the requirements above.

Frequency
Races are now duplicated once per hour instead of once per day.
