I updated the basic user feed resetter to a system that doesn't tie up the site.  In the past two days that has been the primary source of timeouts between 7 AM and 9 AM.

I also added a fail safe to prevent users from having their rations dropped if their subscription expired within the past five days.  This allows users who have subscriptions drop due to expired credit card of other accidental means to keep their rations without having to go back and redo them if they resubscribe.

Fixed the typo in the championship notification e-mails that said "from now on his will compete in..".

The minimum session price has been changed to $5.

I've done numerous process updates this morning in hopes of helping with some of the timeout issues;

• Improved method of calculating dogs entered in each breed for the breed difficulty rankings
• Removed the admin account from prestige calculations
• The "Champs Bred" page has been modified to no longer filter for dogs in only active kennels
• Changed the process used to look up the All Time Top Dog ranking.
• Optimized the forum category pages to load quicker.
• Completely removed the "Top New User Entries" page.
