Fixed a problem with listing the top kennels in breeds longer than 30 characters.

Shut down a breed forum due to excessive fighting and complaining to the site administrators about other users in the breed.

We have decided to refund any nomination fees for users who do not wish to keep horses entered in stakes races where they will have to pay the entire entry fee.

Fixed some locking issues with the show judging program.  These issues are what prevented the shows from running early today.

Claims are correctly filtering out multiple claims again.

When a horse is claimed it will have all offers deleted.

Basic users can no longer bid any more than 25% of their balance on one horse.

A security flaw allowing some (fruad minded) users to place claims on past races has been fixed.

Balance limits have been reactivated.

We've changed the frequency of the survey popping up from 1:100 (1:50 on some sites) to 1:500.
